AAMD 2025 Education Conference & Trade Show - Level Up!
AVI’s representatives at the show! Thank you to AAMD for hosting such a nice event and to those that came to see us at our booth in person!
On May 7th, 2025 we attended one of our favorite trade shows, AAMD’s 2025 Education Conference & Trade Show. This trade show always has a theme that generates creativity that can be seen throughout the show floor. This year’s theme was ‘Level Up!’ and it was such a blast! There were so many people dressed up as Mario, Princess Peach, there was even a Duck Hunt themed booth! There are always great interactive displays and booths at this show like the arm wrestling game, the Nintendo Switch station, and even our booth where we had a Kahoot game set up with video game trivia for attendees to play!
One of the main focuses of this event are the education sessions for attendees, usually Apartment Community Staff, to help them develop and learn skills and techniques to enhance their roles and impact on the communities and residents they serve. These sessions feature speakers who are experts in their fields and can coach attendees on how to Level Up their influence and effectiveness on not only their communities, but also their company and the industry as a whole. Throughout the day we were able to chat with a few attendees about the sessions they were excited to attend, like the Affordable Housing Panel and the Regional Manager Panel.
We enjoy this trade show so much because it allows us to reconnect with Apartment Managers that we love to work with as well as connecting with Apartment Managers we haven’t yet gotten the opportunity to meet.
