AVI Roofing, Inc. employs our own, in-house, Service, Repair and Maintenance (SRM) Department. Our qualified estimators will inspect any damage reported on the building, and diagnose the issue. After the appointment, we will provide a detailed proposal which includes the source of the issue, the recommended scope of work to fix the deficiency and the pricing. Our reports include photos of the area, and we provide completion reports once the repairs have been made.

AVI removed the damaged shingles, skylight and underlayment system to complete thorough repairs on the roof.
On an inspection, AVI's crew found the roof in this area of the home had rotted through. Pictured is the extent of the damage when our crews were removing debris from the area.

AVI removed the damaged decking (inside was mitigated by a different contractor), and installed new decking to the roof repair area.

EPDM Roof Repair

Before AVI completed repairs the existing EPDM system had minor punctures throughout the roof system.
AVI estimated a walkway coating for an HOA client. The original walkway was heavily damaged, rusting and peeling in some areas as pictured.
AVI Roofing installed a raised curb to hold the new skylight above the roof line. To waterproof, a new underlayment system was installed to the roof area.

REPAIRS

Once the deck was installed, AVI installed the necessary underlayment to waterproof the damaged area.

UNDERLAYMENT INSTALLATION

AVI Roofing, installed EPDM patches on the damaged areas to keep water from damaging the rest of the building.

Walkway Coating Repair

POWERWASHED

In one area, a large EPDM patch was required. AVI's crew cleaned the area and started installing a large repair patch per manufacturer's specifications.

WORK IN PROGRESS

AVI's crew prepared the coating repair area by powerwashing the debris off the walkway. Repairs commenced the next day after the walkway was dry.
AVI's crew taped of the railing and surrounding areas before installing the coating product in layers per manufacturer's specifications.

COATING IN PROGRESS

Once the underlayment system was installed, AV Roofing installed new flashing on the raised curb and installed new shingles and a skylight to complete the repair to the damaged roof area.

FINAL REPAIR & INSTALLATION

Once the underlayments were installed, AVI installed new shingles to match the existing shingles to the repair area per manufacturer's specifications. The final photo shows the fully repaired roof.

FINAL REPAIR - SHINGLE INSTALLATION

AVI Roofing installed a large EPDM patch to repair a larger portion of the roof.

FINAL EPDM REPAIR

Pictured: AVI's final layer of coating on a walkway fully dried. The coating is gray to match the previous coating, but our coating waterproofed and repaired the damaged area or any peeling on the walkway.
