WHISKEY, WINE & WISHES
On April 24th, 2025 Make-A-Wish Colorado hosted their annual Whiskey, Wine, & Wishes Event. It is a time to celebrate the annual Wish Hero, hold an auction and celebrate the work the Colorado Chapter has done for this wonderful initiative. The auction has a long list of items up for bidding, with a few of the prizes being highly anticipated - such as the chance to go behind-the-scenes of the Manning Podcast with Peyton Manning and the chance for you and friends to watch a rocket take off in-person at the Lockheed Martin launch station! This year the event raised an astounding $650,000, which will allow Make a Wish to grant 87 wishes!

As the 2025 Wish Wednesday sponsor in partnership with Denver 7, we were honored to be included in this event and to have the opportunity to celebrate Make-A-Wish Colorado and all of the incredible and selfless work that they do for Colorado kids and their families. There were incredible western-themed outfits and what felt like a sea of cowboy hats gathering to appreciate and acknowledge the wonderful community that Make a Wish Colorado has built.

The live music was rocking and we were so excited to be able to watch Walker Montgomery, who traveled all the way from Nashville to perform. There were people dancing all night. Talk about a boot-scootin’ boogie! Walker played a variety of country songs throughout the set, highlighting both his music and the music that is so well-loved from artists like Joe Nichols and his very own father, John Michael Montgomery. You should’ve have heard this crowd cheer when they realized they were at an auction event and that they were going to hear Sold (The Grundy County Auction) live!
We had a wonderful time supporting such a special cause. Thank you to Make-A-Wish Colorado for hosting such a wonderful event, Denver 7 for providing us with the opportunity to be involved with such a spectacular organization.
