While an AVI crew is onsite, they may perform labor-only repairs while completing an inspection or gutter cleaning. Inspection times vary between 1 to 2 hours based on the selected tier and signed contract. Any repairs that require additional materials outside of the Roof Maintenance Program scope will be quoted separately. An AVI Proposal, subject to discounts, must be accepted and approved by the client and invoiced upon acceptance. Proposals for additional repairs or full roof replacements are separate contracts outside of this maintenance program. Discounts apply to additional work contracts within the Roof Maintenance Program term dates.
Qualified payments only. Payments towards the Roof Maintenance Program will be credited for active Roof Maintenance memberships prior to the end of the maintenance contract. Multiple warranties cannot be cumulated under the Platinum Tier of this program.
Minor Repairs may include the following for steep roof buildings:
Sealing pipe jack holes
Installing candy cane extensions (up to 5 ea)
Re-painting roof penetration caps (up to 5ea)
Adding noise reducing bumpers on flapper style dryer vents (1ea)
Skirting & Diverting bath vents (up to 2ea)
Re-sealing of pipe flashings, exposed nails
Re-nailing of lifted headwall metal
Re-nailing lifted shingles (Nail Pops)
Replacing up to 10 ridge shingles (wind damage)
Replacing up to 10 field shingles (wind damage)
