Shingle Rating Class helps your insurance carrier determine the durability of your roof system. There are 4 Classes of shingles, rated on their impact resistance where 4 is the highest.
Depending on the shingle class rating of your roof, Insurance Providers may offer lower insurance premiums for impact resistant roof systems. Want to know? Each project for which our crews have installed products will come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. To meet warranty requirements our sales team will walk you through the required products. All materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the system installed, warranties can range from 10 - 30 Years.
AVI is a certified installer of GAF, Tamko, IKO and Certainteed shingle products.

Gutter Systems: AVI employs our own in-house gutter crews who construct seamless gutters on-site to order. We have many styles available in 5” or 6” sizes with downspout sizes to match in aluminum, steel or copper. There are many pre-painted color options available.

Solar Shingles: AVI Roofing, Inc. is a proud GAF Certified contractor and installer of GAF Timberline Solar™ Shingles. With GAF Timberline Solar™ Shingles, Colorado homeowners will not have to compromise on curb appeal or performance as this solar shingle integrates seamlessly with the existing roof system. There is no need for bulky solar panels and third-party trades for installation as AVI Roofing is certified to install both systems! Insurance Claims Assistance: Working with AVI takes the hassle out of insurance claims, we’ve been through this rodeo before and will be happy to help you with your hail or roof damage claim. Your sales representative will work directly with your insurance company. We will get the proper paper work and documentation you need to win the claim. Our dedicated crews with install your new roof to spec after the insurance process has approved our scope of work.

Roof Certification: Should you need a certification to prove the remaining useful life of your roof to a potential buyer, inspector or insurance company - give us a call. We will schedule a thorough inspection for your roof system and provide honest documentation on the remaining life of your roof.
