MAINTENANCE MANIA 2025
On Wednesday, April 9th, we had the wonderful privilege to sponsor Mission Rock Residential and their maintenance teams at the annual Maintenance Mania hosted by AAMD, Apartment Association of Metro Denver! This year was a big event for AAMD — their 25th Anniversary — a huge anniversary to celebrate. Congratulations!
Our marketing manager designed MRR’s team shirts, which we provided for the attending maintenance staff from Mission Rock who signed up to compete in games that range throughout the maintenance industry. This year, the theme for Maintenance Mania was Master of Maintenance with Mission Rock choosing a theme of Classic Rock Tour! Journey is the band that was chosen as inspiration for the design of the team T-Shirts. The new artwork, a hand-drawn rendition, features a species of Colorado Long Horn Beetle instead of a scarab. The back of the shirt features a coalition of properties that Mission Rock Residential managed when the company was founded — a rock tour through Colorado!

Who doesn't love a rock band? AVI decided that we would follow along with Mission Rock and lean into their rock theme. At our booth this year, we chose to host a music game where participants could spin a wheel to land on a subgenre of Rock Music, they would then be played a song that falls into that genre and would have to guess either the name of the song or the band who sings it. Correct answers get to choose any swag item of their choice! Land on a small prize for the little swag or even the double entry into our raffle! This game was a hit and we enjoyed jamming out with everyone who stopped by to play! We also had some fun swag to give away like rocker shades and rockstar slap bracelets which were gone in a flash!
The games were competitive and fun to watch as members raced to get the lowest time and the highest scores for various games. Our favorite game to watch was the plunger toss. The car races were awesome and Mission Rock even had a few cars in the race for us to cheer on! This year was full of fun games and enlightening education from speakers throughout the maintenance industry. We are so honored to have sponsored Mission Rock again this year and we loved the competitive atmosphere throughout the day!
